And the console tells "its probably because of missing file".

No, i think its supposed to be thrown onto the corpse, but since the gun has a lot of force the body is thrown backwards when shot. So the weapon is thrown with the body flying back. Placing the murder weapon on the body.

Did you put it in addon, and if it did not work.. Alots of people has haved the same problem so instead of putting the addon in addons folder place the files in the dear sister folder in garrysmod/garrysmod.
