Yo, dude. I was at least 10 feet away from the woofers at Maiden. You need to have a pair on hand it you expect to maintain good hearing into your early 20's. Inmates need love and there are a few programs out there to bring love and emotional help to them. Adyashanti gives Satsangs at Saint Quentin. Derrick Jensen teaches creative writing at Pelican Bay. And some prisons have amazing rehabilitation projects for dogs, they give each prisoner a dog who has been in prison himself, to take care of and love.

Anyone who does not think this is good.....think of the staff that risk their life keeping people in there! It is a dangerous and thankless job! "Law & Order" has to come with a few rewards and you can't have a keg party in prison. If you put a junkyard dog in a cage long enough you will wind up getting bit hard. Please think of the staff and the families because many of the inmates and victims families are both suffering. Just go to sentencing on a major felony case-- you will see.
