ok ok excuse me for strong words but i am italian and maccheroni (pasta) with oil and cheese (parmigiano) is one of the base of italian cuisine......excuse me another time.......
@enzotirone68 I never claimed that this was an Italian recipe. No need to be so crass and impolite. If you do not like it then don't make it. Thank you for stopping by my channel.
@maria110941 Hi Maria! Thank you for coming by! All of these recipes are explained in detail on my website. You can print this recipe there whenever you want. Take care!
im soo happy to find this recipe from you!! i've been looking around for a long time now!! i cant wait to make it today with my fried chicken!! THANK YOU PASTRYPARROT1!!!! =D
I do my macaroni and cheese like this as well, though I like to make sure the cheese is well melted into the white sauce so that the macaroni gets an even coating of cheese. I also add a few drifts of Worcetershire sauce, white pepper and a tiny bit of salt into the sauce to taste. Then along with the crumbs, I add an extra layer of shredded cheese.
thank you for this recipe!!! my eldest son have long been asking me to make mac and cheese..i'll try to make one tomorrow using your recipe...Thanks!!!
I try to making this recipe for my grandma three days ago, but could not be getting the key ingredients due to the bad shortages. With out the cheese or the pasta it not tasting too nice. My grandma would not eat it. What did I do wrong?
You can season the cheese sauce with curry pouder and maybe a little garlic. And you can also cooked diced bacon or sausage until it is crispy and add the pasta. For he crust you can combine some potatoes chips, flour and butter and springle on top of the dish, before baking.
@mindyourbizok I have no idea, sorry! I have never made it that way! Maybe because the consistency is so different the sauce would come out too watery. I might have to try it and let you know! Thanks for coming by!
@mindyourbizok I always use soymilk whenever a recipe calls for milk...because that is all we drink...lol..so I am about to try it with the soy right now ..I am sure it should be fine.
i love your videos! Thank you!

dont have to add the milk slowly, as long as the milk is really cold, there wont be any lumps in the sauce.

I tried this receipe and it tasted bland. I like tastey dishes. I think less milk, more cheese, and more seasoning would make it better.
