I Scrolled down to the comments to say that same thing.

What I don't get is why he left Blizzard to make the same kind of music he's been making for a game thats essentially cartoonish D3. I guess runic offered him a bunch of money or something.

@Tee020 Because THEY ALL are from Blizzard, he created the company with them when they left in 2003 I think. It's not about money, it's about creative freedom.
