check you local laws on the cc ratings of what you can or can't drive on streets or sidewalks. we have rode many times past cops and highway patrol and never had a problem, but like i said check your local laws.

@nappyheadedhobitch this engine appears to be the 66cc true displacement, marketed as an 80cc. there ARE 80cc enignes out there this does nto appear to be one of them, the chinese however call it an 80cc engine though

thats nothin, i had a sting ray schwin that had a subaru robin 6 horse super quiet with a tuned carb that could hit 45, and it was fabricated to replicate a motorcycle, it had a real gas tank with actual pedals and everything. then sold it for 600$

It looks like i got the same kit. The carb on this kit really sucks! It seems to run to rich causing the bike to run ruff.Either you get more more air into the engine( it will hit like30+ mph) or you can mix some alcohol+pump gas+ racing caster oil (it will hit like 40+ mph).You need to lean out your mixture man!
