that was two of the very best offensive team in the league that year.2 "next jordan" sprewell and hardaway, shaq, tim hardaway,gugliotta,mullin...just some great memories, thanks.
also what the hell happened at 13:00 he threw it out of bounds no call? wtf that was bs the magic deserved the ball the refs weren't looking no w adays they would call that in a heartbeat
you know what penny reminds me of wade from back in the day yeah he though got that injury that ended it while wade also got hurt buut since his shoulder surgery has been the best plaeyr in the league but their starts of their careers are similar both made it to the finals with shag in their second year with him wade was the same age as peeny 22 and wade was in his 3rd year penny in his 2nd and they wer eboth all around great players their games resemble ach other very well but wade is better
wow just wow best game ever ive seen live shaq penny in prime vs sprewell when he wasnt crazy and tim hardaway man ......okay also 22 assist are you crazy when 3 guys go for 38 + you get 22 assits crazy
Just an outstanding example of mid-90s NBA - a free, wide-open game with tons of talented players. I'm so glad I grew up watching this style of pro basketball.
@northvalleynews to much coaching not enough free roam shooting playing talent take over playing style play through stars not bench players and no one likes to work on half court offense anymore its all about half court defense and fastbreak offense every team trust me too much managing minutes now adays too much onlu playing players who play good in practice the coaches dont see the players who play betetr in game then practiceand now those players dont get a chance while scrubs do
cause they hit open shots in practice and follow a system:( bs i hate that coaching style fuck this nba i love pre 2000 basketball except d wade he plays like a monster tim duncan for obvious reasons shaq cuz well he's shaq and kg cuz the league needs great all around players who used to be able to pass and shoot like a shooting guard
wow I remember this like yesterday, I was waiting for the NY/PHO game to end but I fell asleep, so when I wake up I found out that my mom turned off the tv!!! I just only saw the final 5 min of the 4thQ and the overtime, it supposed to be the Warriors breakout season, they were 7-0 without Webber and then came the trade and you know the story
Man, your bringing me back to when I was 14, salivating for a Hardaway, Sprewell, Mullin, Owens, and Webber Line up. That obviously wasn't given a shot. Fu*kin Don Nelson...Warriors are cursed!
@Mistabsf With Gatling, Ricky Pierce, Seikaly and Avery Johnson coming off the bench. Due to the Nellie's style of basketball they probably wouldn't reach the finals, but they would definitely do some damage during the playoffs.
OMG!, Lamar, you have outdone yourself with this upload!
Man, Penny was such a special player, that Shaq was destroying opponents as usual. From tthe Warriors, that guy with number 15 caught my eye, pretty explosive player it seems...And of course there is Timmy, Seikaly, Gugliotta, Ho Grant, etc. Lots of talent.
@pennyccwai well duh he always was with the magic and with shaq when he had to play point especially....also late he became more of a scorer ands shot more cause he had to he became the best player and scorer the team neede him to score
