@mizpeejay for me grunge is like Soundgarden and Alice in Chains. I know Dave Grohl was in Nirvana, but I still consider them Foo Fighters rock. I might be a little biased towards grunge considering I grew up near Seattle in the 90's, but I know the music was more about having fun and putting on a good show than playing the song flawlessly. I just happen to like the music they produced.
The original is a piece of classic rock mastery. this can barely be called a cover and it`s a shitty one at that! Just a couple riffs in there and that`s it! Not a cover.
How wonderful it must feel to have no musical talent and convince a significant number of musical illiterates to pay good money to hear unadulterated garbage.
@Easleytee I have always felt like this about this band but you have put it in the right words. Except maybe "learn to fly" they have never come up with something memorable nor have they ever played a decent cover.
