it seems everything is mostly directed towards moe and curly, Larry aka "porcupine" just kind of watches the two from the side, and watching the show from Larry's point of view is realy funny. he's kind of like the "distraction in the background."

Shemp was the older brother of Moe, he had his own career, made movies by himself. At one time they had the 4 stooges, Moe, curley, and shimp brothers and larry fine was a friend and a concert violinist. They were all great and made my rather drab childhood fun.
