No. WISH is a LIN TV property, and it was formerly owned by now-defunct Corinthian Broadcasting (who also owned KHOU in Houston, WVEC in Norfolk and WANE in Fort Wayne). Corinthian was sold to Belo in 1984, and WISH and WANE were sold to LIN later that year.
