However, I fly back to Neb. every spring and chase the alley for 3 or 4 wks. every spring...usually late May thru June. I don't know what you're thinking when you stated every 2 or 3 yrs, but Lancaster county and the surrounding counties get far far more than that annually. My relatives farm Boone, Holt and Buffalo counties in Nebr. They're in the cellar several times annually.
Yester day up in missouri valley,IA there was a huge ass wallcloud that rushed through the town and i was driving home and saw 3 funnels,2 almost tornadoes.
@AlbionsHero Are you from Albion, Nebraska? My late Dad was born on a farm near Loretto. I live in Az, but spent a ton of time around Albion. I had cousins aunts / uncles that farmed / lived there. I go there every summer. Love the place. Brings back just tons of memories.

I was in a scout meeting when the sirens went off. we ran in to the bathroom I hid under the sinks.
1/2 of the scouts (Not me though) were scared like fuck. (One even shitted his pants) XD

Absolutely beautiful. I remember I was driving home from school, and I whipped out my video camera and started recording. An amazing day that was.
