yeah, they do this since a few years ^^ I think Greg is too shuy and Pete has to learn all the other songs (at the moment more than 100!!!!) on drums and he has to give them something speacial... every drummer has his own style but it's more difficult when you come in a band with so much songs and you know how to play but to give it a kick.... that's pretty tough!
