Dude, you suck at attacking. Deathborn is also a slow character. I used to play with him alot, until I got to master cup difficulty, then I just left him in the past.

@NOEXEoriginal It depends on the settings and your skills as a pilot to master a character such as Deathborn, Leon. Mr EAD, Black Shadow or etc. My brother is impressive playing with these caharacters

@Kdarkov The problem I had was Deathborn doesnt have that edge on the drifting, and its a problem on the AX cup on Master difficulty. Ive beaten the whole game, on all difficulties, I loved that game with a passion. I was a hardcore racer. I sold that game though, for a 3DS. YES. lol. Still though, this game should have a new installment, then I would be a master once again. My favorite arena was the Second Casino track, I always finished with one entire lap ahead of CPU's, on Master difficulty.

I used action replay to unlock AX cup and all drivers. The code i used was instant finish in 1st (As soon as u hit A u win race XD)

Why not just beat the game on Master, just do Expert until you get really REALLY good.

It's difficult, but not impossible. I've beaten the first three on Master and lost the Diamond cup to Black Bull by a point.

To get the AX characters, you have to beat the story mode chapters on Very Hard.

I am amazed you did so well, and the only mess up was on Port Town, but you came in 4th.

I only managed to beat Ruby on Master with Roger so far. Only bad race was Sand Ocean, I came in 7th. Mighty Hurricane can't drift for beans :(

The only advice I can think of is practice.

The more you do training races on Master (Practice Mode), the better you'll become.
