I didn't really do any thing special with the mastering apart from adding some compression on the drums and the sub, and messing about with the EQ. I didn't use any sound fonts just the 3x0sc and I sliced a few classic funk/soul breaks I found on dogsonacid dot com.

Thanks matt, I made it on the 3xosc its basically two detuned saw waves and one square wave with a bit of reverb and a hint of vibrato.

Thanks! I've only really ever used Fl studio for music production. I think the favorite software is probably Fl studio and propellerheads reason. but its unfair for me to say which ones better cause I only tried a demo of reason.
