I know, I didn't actually write this script, a mate of mine did. I think he decided not to have Trini for the fact the actress passed away, we didn't want to try to replace an actress who passed away and was so legendary during her time.

The vast majority of the fanbase prefers the TommyxKimberly relationship rather than TommyxKatherine. Katherine's not too popular. Not to mention, it doesn't look like Tommy is with either of them in Dino Thunder (although I haven't watched it all the way through). Plus, Trini was my fav girl ranger. I'd rather have all the original characters.

I've been planning a MMPR fanfilm too. I've filmed 1 scene. (I actually got the real Jason David Frank to do that scene with me. No lie!)
