  • was just wondering if its a video you are doing why not learn it a bit better before posting a vid its not like when you record yourself thats it, only one take? I am sure you are a better guitarist than this video makes you out to be, but by posting videos like this not only makes you appear to be a bad guitar player but you are changing the face of guitar music. just food for thought. Nice Gear by the way. Goodluck and hope to see more vids with better playing. i will subscribe to you.

  • @rjdmc First off, thanks for subscribing. Totally not necessary, but I do appreciate it.

To answer your comment... I didn't post this video for the purpose of bragging, or anything like that. It's not good enough in any way, shape, or form. Actually none of my videos are.  These are just moments in time that I posted to share with my friends...

  • Am I a better guitarist than I was a year ago when this was posted? I hope so. But if not... Such is life. Hopefully as time goes on I will be able to look back and see I have improved. But if not, at the very least it was just a vague picture of who I was as a guitarist a year ago. Nothing more.

  • Gear... There is no doubt about it. I've had gear that deserved to be played by someone far better than I.

  • Changing the face of music? Not me. That's for innovators like Page, Beck, Clapton, and the like. But in my humble opinion, whether we like it or not, music will change. Like language, it is a living, breathing thing that is sure to move, grow, and whether I play a song different from Thin Lizzy or not.

  • That said...

Thank you for your constructive observations, and I hope to see you around in YouTube-Land.

  • lol why would you post this. How do you have that kinda of equipment and you play like that. Also your G string is out of tune. also too much gain take it down and you will have a better tone. and keep practicing and worry less about moving around.

  • @rjdmc As stated in the DISCLAIMER: "I make no pretense about being a good guitar player. I am not. I only play well enough so that one might vaguely recognize the song I am pretending to know how to play. That being said, if you are looking for perfection or to criticize, Go elsewhere..., If you enjoy good music, even at the hands of a butcher such as myself, then stick around, rock out, and enjoy!"
