I agree on the physics behind it being cool. It's actually very difficult to keep the puck on your blade while its upside down lol... so many people can do that move now, but it doesn't make it any less difficult.

i'll make a how-to reply soon. you need to have grip on the top of puck. the more grip you have the easier it is. there are ways, even secrets to doctor your stick. also i got wicked velocity using a longer stick in part of the sequence. gotta practice too - weeks if not months.

pls understand it's fusion of lacrosse and hockey. that makes it cool. to do the moves in motion is much harder, near impossible in a game, true. hisey's goals are sick! OK -doing this stuff won't hurt your game, consider it a practice drill and a science lesson (more on that later)
