@SnipersUsername Get your A-Levels. Is it that common in the UK not to complete them? When the industry picks up again BA will probably recruit cadets from OAA again, but for now they have just started taking DECs. But I hope you do understand that you can't just get your licenses and ratings and expect a job at the end of it. It all really depends on what state the industry is in. @SnipersUsername BA now have a Future Pilot Program starting from February 2012, you have to be 18, have 7 GCSEs A-C's and THREE A-Levels.. Yep very tough to get in unlike CTC where you just have to pass the entry tests etc!
@BeanMachine234 To do BA's future pilot scheme you do but I don't think you need them for CTC! Also Direct Entry Requirements doesn't look like you need A-Levels so I guess mostly for BA would be your Flying Abilities & your personality
