please help were do you catch rotom

I got my Rotom From Platinum then made 4 eggs so I could transform my rotoms into all the forms.... If your wondering how you get it from Platinum you need to go to the haunted mansion next to Eterna Town and go up to the T.V. and press ''A'' and it will ask you to shake the T.V. then select yes then you will be in a battle with a wild Rotom. Im not sure how to get it in SoulSilver though..... Thumb this up if it helped ;P

you have to trade it from D/P/Pt to get it its not a wifi event and you cant catch it anywhere in soulsilver
