Gumble calls Clemons politicing shameless,(albeit presumed innocent) and in another video he calls the anger at Mike Vick (albeit guilty) as pileing on. One standard for white athletes, another for black. I thought his telecasts of games on NFL network were bad, but his commentaries don't have the benefit of the long silences we get to "enjoy" on his NFL broadcasts. Pontificating phony patronizing wannabe intellectual with a soap box from Cable television. His brother is a real braodcaster.

There is not double standards here. Look at what you are comparing. You are comparing someone that lost million of dollars, years of their life, job for a few u years . To someone that lost NOTHING AT ALL . Saying that you should not try to get bleed from a turnip, is giving someone a past. I mean these to situation are not even comparable . If you wanted to look at different standards for different races look at Clemons and Bones.

If Bryant Gumble would have done a bit of research before he filmed his sad little rant, he would have learned that all of the witnesses were INVITED to meet with the congressional members of the committee before the date of the hearing...it is a common practice...Roger Clemens was the only witness who accepted their invitations and scheduled meetings with them...because he was being courteous he is accused witness tampering...get your facts straight people!!!
