colouring is spot on, but you've got the proportions a little wrong. the eye on the right needs pulling left a little, the top lip is too big and too bright, the head needs to be narrower at the top its bulging a bit, the arm and the right needs bulking up a bit, and the head itself needs moving to the right slightly so it sits dead in the middle. If you make all these small tweaks it will look perfect, 100% =)
