@CookaChicken - This language is the language of the Qur'an.. Simply beautiful! The brother (uploader) has provided a link in which you can listen to 1000's of hours of the Qur'an in the description..
hey this is good, which contractor does he work for? I swear, these guy crack me up, man dresses, welfare imams, no fucking industry, starving masses wherever islam rules and state of the art graphic design! But hey! There's big money in this game. Get your piece now before it all blows to shit.
sfa has been around for a long time and i remember seeing some of his early stuff, it was no where as good as this. he has come a longgg way, very good work.
Mashallah this is a great movie you made. How did you do t? please share your knowledge so the people may follow ur footsteps plus u get the reward of it. Atleast just tell us what program u used?
@aaandrew1 yes he was so was every other Prophet that came before Jesus(pbuh) but no one can come unto God but the Prophetthat was on earth at the time
Mashallah such an amazing video may Allah reward you for the time you sacrificed making this video. I really need your help. What program did you use to create such an amazing HD quality video?
OMG who are u I love your voice whoever is reciting I am telling u. U are waking something inside me whenever I hear u. This is a gift from Allah. Can anybody tell me who is reciting Qoran
And so these are a few examples, there is plenty more verses explaining your way of thinking better then you could come up with, that is a resume of what i could come up with with the little knowledge i know. Anyways be sure that whatever you can say is not anything new, for men of understanding the Qur'an explains anything that the disbelievers can say.
So be sure that there is a paradise and a Hellfire and humble yourself to the creator of the universe before dying in the state your in now
it sounds like slavery. thats the word that comes to mind when i hear bow down submit to the holy one. as an atheist and an avid believer in secularism i believe that religion and god makes everyone into a slave. that there is no individuality in religion, no freedom amongst it. just submission. thats what i feel when i hear these words. to be honest thats what i feel whenever i hear any religious "chant".
muslims believe that they are the slaves of god, personally i think individuality comes from someones personality, all of the messengers of islam preached and practiced islam, however their personalities were different.
to me it boils down to one question, what is the purpose of life?
muslims have found the answer in that it is to worship Allah.
i think secularism has found the right answer personally and thats the purpose of life IS TO LIVE. to live for your loved ones, to live for yourself. because this is the only life we have and we should cherish it with every breathe we take. and to me it sad to see smart people like you or others like you be slaves and love the fact that your slaves. and it tears me apart as an advocate of freedom and individuality.
@scienceatheism (3) You dont know your purpose in life, dont know the purpose of creation, you thing you were created by chance, that there's no absolute meaning to this life (cause everyone's opinion differs, as they say "life's what you make it"):
[38:27] And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them without purpose! That is the consideration of those who disbelieve! Then woe to those who disbelieve from the Fire!
(3 cont) [3:190] Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of UNDERSTANDING.
[3:191] Those who remember Allâh standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying): "Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You!. Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire.
the purpose of life is living. whats your purpose? what do you think has meaning? i think every moment i live is meaningful for the ones i loved. that the time i do have on earth is precious. and once im gone, im gone. forever. its not the man who lives in eternity its a mans name that does. the impact that person makes, is meaningful. you can quote 700 verses to me, but all of it is still bullshit fairy tale to ease the minds of those who fear death.
and if you dont fear death. you are stupid, and arrogant yourself. because death is horrible even if its part of life. im afraid, but in my heart i know this is it. this is all we have. and tell me this whats more arrogant then thinking an all powerful being made a whole universe JUST FOR YOU? thats as arrogant as it gets. thats as self absorbed as it gets. sounds a little cocky too.
@scienceatheism come up with all your "logical" explanations. Thats what all the people said to their prophets who brought them miracles, like when Prophet Muhammad (S) Split the moon by Allâh's help the arabs found a quick answer: he made a magic trick.
i dont think Allâh created all this universe for us, God Knows, i should ask the scholars but i know theres a verse who says the creation of the heavens and earth is far bigger then that of man. Anyways im done debating cause its loss of time
And You are wrong again in thinking we hold ourself so important, God is not in need of us.
3:97 ... and whoever disbelieves, then Allâh stands not in need of any of the 'Alamîn (mankind and jinns).
3:177 ...Verily, those who purchase disbelief at the price of Faith, not the least harm will they do to Allâh.
64:6 ...So they disbelieved and turned away (from the truth), and Allâh was not in need (of them). And Allâh is Rich (Free of all wants), Worthy of all praise.
yes god is in need of you. if he existed do you really think an all powerful being really cares if you worship him or not? he made the whole universe, but now he is sensitive and needs some praising because he doesnt feel appreciated? come on now. and god is not truth im sorry, its your own opinion, not actually truth. evolution, big bang theory these are "truths" scientific evidence and facts. your muslim mythology is not truth.
its only logical if you believe in a creator, or if a creator actually existed. but im going to contradict myself here for a second. how is that in any way logical? lets put it like this, movie stars, act in movies but most of them dont want to see it. do you understand what im saying. they created the movie, a work of art, a masterpiece with flaws, but they dont want to see there creation. shouldnt that be how god works? if there was one?
In actual fact whether they watch it or not bears little correlation to God caring about His creation, nonetheless they still want the movie to do well dont they?
In any respect, your analogy is invalid, and you are saying that God who created us for a purpose, shouldnt care what we do in our lives? You are erasing any distinguishment between good and bad.
We are slaves of Allaah, when we die we will return to He who created us, and then we will be taken to account.
well ok, my analogy is invalid ok. lets talk about this, see what im saying if there was a god he didnt create us, im saying god created the universe and we are a result, a product of the universe. im saying we should care about our lives because this is the only one we have. im saying cherish every moment because it might be our last. thats what is so great about being mortal, thats what makes our lives so beautiful. that one moment where you realize you want to live. its gorgeous.
I'm afraid you are incorrect in your thinking, belief in the afterlife does not mean that we do not care about this life in the sense that it has no meaning, rather the opposite, we realise more than you my friend, that this is our only chance at life we will get, this is our one shot, if you will. We must live the best lives we can because there is no chance after this. the afterlife is simply a reward for what we did that was good according to the commands of our Creator.
by why live for a reward, why not think of this world as a reward? not the people in it, but ideas, knowledge, love, life, scenarios, moments, all rewards for just living. why live for a supposed reward that might not be there. why put yourself through that?
and what im also saying is if you believe in a god, you believe in an after life, you believe that this world isnt beautiful, that this life is meaningless. what im saying is that it is meaningful, i live to live, for my family for the ones i love, and more importantly for myself. and let me ask you this? who wrote the book on good and bad? it was good to own slaves back in history, it was bad to think like an individual. just ask Galileo. cont...
At the begginning pf this video and the reciitation, Allaah Says: "And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the morrow..."
.
We do not completely disregard this life, for it is where we will get the basis of our reward in the hereafter according to our deeds, and whether you admit it or conceal it, everyone is a slave to something.
.
Either to their desires or to Allaah, and I for one am a humble slave before my Creator and I hope He will accept from me my deeds.
but to live life just for a reward that might not even be there is silly. what if i base my whole life on the notion that a unicorn and leprechauns would greet me in the afterlife. and i base my whole life around that notion then when i die, pure darkness. no unicorns, no leprechauns. then the life i lived was meaningless. it was pointless to live in a fantasy, to dream that something MIGHT be there.
Would that be a logical belief? Why would you believe in Unicorns and Leprachauns in the first instance?
.
Islaam is not a new religion, it is the original way of life that 'Aadam followed as did Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Jacob, Ishmael. [Peace be upon them all] .
.
However over the course of time, the message was changed by man and thus Muhammad [peace and blessings be upon him] was sent to correct all the man made errors and to return mankind to the worship of our Lord.
what makes believing in unicorns and leprechauns any different and any less logical or more logical then believing in a god, gods, and prophets? i can say believing in unicorns was the original way of life, adam rode one on his quest to find truth on earth and his unicorn helped him in his journey, even talked to him, the unicorn was his prophet. see how easy it is to make up a story to fit your own beliefs to make yourself feel comfortable for the inevitable.
If anyone from us believes that this life is meaningless, it is not me, you say that love gives your life meaning, what if you were alone? No family or friends, would your life have a purpose?
then knowledge. if you lose something, you find another outlet, another thing to live for. if you are alone, live for success, if you want to be alone, live for knowledge, if you have loved ones live for them. life always has a purpose. life is what you make of it. you make the purpose, you go out there and work for your happiness. cont...
You sound like an intelligent person who longs for the truth, I encourage you to read/listen to the Qur'aan and think and KNOW that it is Allaah, YOUR Lord, YOUR Sustainer who is talking directly to you.
May Allaah give you better than what is with you currently, can I get an 'aameen?
Amen brother. sir ive been reading the bible, the koran (the abridged version), all holy books to get a feel on why people believe. and i see the appeal. but i cant believe, i just cant, i wish others could think like me but everybody is entitled to there own ways of thinking. no matter how foolish i think there thinking is. but yeah see you are one of few religious people i respect. you can have a meaningful debate without name calling. calling me the white devil what ever. thank you for that.
@scienceatheism The pleasure is mine, . As Allaah has Commanded: . "Call to the Path of your Lord with wisdom and fine admonition. Dispute with them in the best manner. Your Lord is well aware of those who have gone astray from His Path and He is well aware of those who are guided." . [Qur'aan 16:125] . I was also going to thank you for debating without resorting to name calling and insulting, . Peace be upon those who follow the True Guidance.
thats a bit condescending. haha but ok thank you. and peace upon those who one day might be on the right path, not the one that they was told was right, but the one that they chose themselves.
oh i will be asking you alot of questions. because i dont know much about the muslim religion. i might even ask offensive questions about islam. dont take offense to it. its just sometimes im to bold for my own good.
I will not take offense since you are learning about Islaam and my friend believe me there is an answer for everything, and it is 100% my pleasure to do my best to answer any queries you may have.
.
Inshaa'Allaah [If Allaah Wills] one day you will be my Muslim brother and I will love you for the sake of Allaah. (smiling)
i doubt i will become muslim dude. i find buddhism more appealing then the abrahamic religions. but thats my opinion. but yeah thats great. because im an american so im going to ask some very stereotypical blasphemy shit since my country hates muslims. i mean i love my country, but i hate how intolerant it is from different ideas sometimes.
My sincere advice from one son of 'Adam to another: Keep searching for the truth, ask Allaah sincerely with tears in your eyes to guide you to His path and to make better your state.
.
Surely our Lord responds to those who call to Him for guidance.
Part of what Muslims recite 17 times a day:
You (alone) we worship; and You (alone) we rely for help.
Guide us to the Straight Path,
The Path of those upon whom You have favored, not those upon whom is the anger, nor the astray.
oh dont worry about me. i will always search for the truth, for knowledge. i will always question, always be skeptical, even about my own beliefs. so i will never stray from that way of thinking. but im going to leave you with these two quotes. "Vi veri universum vivus vici"----"By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe"... cont...
...cont.. second quote-"Question with boldness even the existence of God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear." - Thomas Jefferson
cont.... good and bad is what you make of it, good and bad should not be measured by those who believe or not believe, it should be the measured by ourselves, within ourselves. when our society changes our morality changes right along with it. im not a slave to no one, and i find it sad that you are glad to be a slave. we are supposed to be free thinking individuals and slavery is the polar opposite of that.i refuse to be a slave, to anybody, in the physical world or the metaphysical world.cont.
... and no it doesnt mean that our heart is colder then a mountain, it means we are skeptical. not gullible, question. to be a true intellectual you question everything, from what you believe from what others believe. to me its not mocking, its questioning. and the only thing i fear is death. but let me ask you this, if you think we didnt have consciousness of our own mortality do you think we would believe in a god? do you think animals believe in a god? do think animals could?
Your question is interesting but nonetheless aimless conjecture based on a scenario that is impossible. Therefore any answer would be irrelevant to any point we are trying to come to.
well my questioning is only there to make you think. its not aimless, my aim is to make you question and think. thinking is the goal here. but im afraid of death because im human, and im aware that my life has an ending. and i dont want it to end. i dont know what happens when i die. no one does. and the unknown scares me.
I advise you to watch the video again and truly reflect at what is being said, Allaah says in this video that "if We had revealed this Qur'aan on a mountain you would have seen it render asunder for fear of Allaah" Yet when it has been revealed to mankind, most of them mock and turn away, what does this say about the state of your heart? Is it harder and colder than a mountain? For surely even the mountain would have been rent asunder from fear of its Lord.
do you hear yourself? you just slapped down logical in place of faith. now how in anyway is that a way to live. how is that a way to be happy? but yes you do, you totally believe this universe was made for humans. thats why you believe in an abrahamic religion, the holy trinity. because if you didnt believe that this universe was made for humans then you dont understand shit. but there is no debate here really there is just different views i cherish this life, you cherish the afterlife.
You have 3 major problems leading you not to believe in God: 1: Pride and arrogance in front of God:
[30:7]. And when Our Verses (of the Qur'ân) are recited to such a one, he turns away in PRIDE, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in his ear. So announce to him a painful torment.
(1 cont.) [7:146] I shall turn away from My Ayat (verses) those who behave arrogantly on the earth, without a right, and (even) if they see all the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they will not believe in them. And if they see the way of righteousness, they will not adopt it as the Way, but if they see the way of error, they will adopt that way, that is because they have rejected Our Ayat and were heedless (to learn a lesson) from them.
Salam wa'likum, just a suggestion but if you could put the recitor's name (Sheikh Murtada Bakour) in the description box for other brothers and sisters to look up any other of his recitations, that could be helpful :)
Where did you get this translation? Because it seems to be a accurate and good english translation unlike many others. Can you tell me where did you get it or did you yourself translate it?

At the begginning pf this video and the reciitation, Allaah Says: "And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the morrow..."
.
We do not completely disregard this life, for it is where we will get the basis of our reward in the hereafter according to our deeds, and whether you admit it or conceal it, everyone is a slave to something.
.
Either to their desires or to Allaah, and I for one am a humble slave before my Creator and I hope He will accept from me my deeds.
JihadOfTheSoul 1 year ago
but to live life just for a reward that might not even be there is silly. what if i base my whole life on the notion that a unicorn and leprechauns would greet me in the afterlife. and i base my whole life around that notion then when i die, pure darkness. no unicorns, no leprechauns. then the life i lived was meaningless. it was pointless to live in a fantasy, to dream that something MIGHT be there.
scienceatheism 1 year ago
@scienceatheism
JihadOfTheSoul 1 year ago
what makes believing in unicorns and leprechauns any different and any less logical or more logical then believing in a god, gods, and prophets? i can say believing in unicorns was the original way of life, adam rode one on his quest to find truth on earth and his unicorn helped him in his journey, even talked to him, the unicorn was his prophet. see how easy it is to make up a story to fit your own beliefs to make yourself feel comfortable for the inevitable.

If anyone from us believes that this life is meaningless, it is not me, you say that love gives your life meaning, what if you were alone? No family or friends, would your life have a purpose?
JihadOfTheSoul 1 year ago
then knowledge. if you lose something, you find another outlet, another thing to live for. if you are alone, live for success, if you want to be alone, live for knowledge, if you have loved ones live for them. life always has a purpose. life is what you make of it. you make the purpose, you go out there and work for your happiness.

JihadOfTheSoul 1 year ago
Amen brother. sir ive been reading the bible, the koran (the abridged version), all holy books to get a feel on why people believe. and i see the appeal. but i cant believe, i just cant, i wish others could think like me but everybody is entitled to there own ways of thinking. no matter how foolish i think there thinking is. but yeah see you are one of few religious people i respect. you can have a meaningful debate without name calling. calling me the white devil what ever. thank you for that.

thats a bit condescending. haha but ok thank you. and peace upon those who one day might be on the right path, not the one that they was told was right, but the one that they chose themselves.

If you ever need any info about islaam, you are more than welcome to ask any one of us and we are more than obliged to answer any of your queries.
I will send you a video which I am sure you like.

oh i will be asking you alot of questions. because i dont know much about the muslim religion. i might even ask offensive questions about islam. dont take offense to it. its just sometimes im to bold for my own good.
scienceatheism 1 year ago
@scienceatheism
(smiling)

i doubt i will become muslim dude. i find buddhism more appealing then the abrahamic religions. but thats my opinion. but yeah thats great. because im an american so im going to ask some very stereotypical blasphemy shit since my country hates muslims. i mean i love my country, but i hate how intolerant it is from different ideas sometimes.
scienceatheism 1 year ago
My sincere advice from one son of 'Adam to another: Keep searching for the truth, ask Allaah sincerely with tears in your eyes to guide you to His path and to make better your state.
.
Surely our Lord responds to those who call to Him for guidance.
Part of what Muslims recite 17 times a day:
You (alone) we worship; and You (alone) we rely for help.
Guide us to the Straight Path,
The Path of those upon whom You have favored, not those upon whom is the anger, nor the astray.
.
[Qur'aan 1:5-7]

oh dont worry about me. i will always search for the truth, for knowledge. i will always question, always be skeptical, even about my own beliefs. so i will never stray from that way of thinking. but im going to leave you with these two quotes. "Vi veri universum vivus vici"----"By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe"... cont...

...cont.. second quote-"Question with boldness even the existence of God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear." - Thomas Jefferson
scienceatheism 1 year ago
cont.... good and bad is what you make of it, good and bad should not be measured by those who believe or not believe, it should be the measured by ourselves, within ourselves. when our society changes our morality changes right along with it. im not a slave to no one, and i find it sad that you are glad to be a slave. we are supposed to be free thinking individuals and slavery is the polar opposite of that.i refuse to be a slave, to anybody, in the physical world or the metaphysical world.cont.
scienceatheism 1 year ago
... and no it doesnt mean that our heart is colder then a mountain, it means we are skeptical. not gullible, question. to be a true intellectual you question everything, from what you believe from what others believe. to me its not mocking, its questioning. and the only thing i fear is death. but let me ask you this, if you think we didnt have consciousness of our own mortality do you think we would believe in a god? do you think animals believe in a god? do think animals could?
scienceatheism 1 year ago
@scienceatheism
Your question is interesting but nonetheless aimless conjecture based on a scenario that is impossible. Therefore any answer would be irrelevant to any point we are trying to come to.
May I ask you why you fear death?
JihadOfTheSoul 1 year ago
well my questioning is only there to make you think. its not aimless, my aim is to make you question and think. thinking is the goal here. but im afraid of death because im human, and im aware that my life has an ending. and i dont want it to end. i dont know what happens when i die. no one does. and the unknown scares me.
scienceatheism 1 year ago
@scienceatheism
JihadOfTheSoul 1 year ago
do you hear yourself? you just slapped down logical in place of faith. now how in anyway is that a way to live. how is that a way to be happy? but yes you do, you totally believe this universe was made for humans. thats why you believe in an abrahamic religion, the holy trinity. because if you didnt believe that this universe was made for humans then you dont understand shit. but there is no debate here really there is just different views i cherish this life, you cherish the afterlife.

@scienceatheism
You have 3 major problems leading you not to believe in God: 1: Pride and arrogance in front of God:
[30:7]. And when Our Verses (of the Qur'ân) are recited to such a one, he turns away in PRIDE, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in his ear. So announce to him a painful torment.
juniid 1 year ago
(1 cont.) [7:146] I shall turn away from My Ayat (verses) those who behave arrogantly on the earth, without a right, and (even) if they see all the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they will not believe in them. And if they see the way of righteousness, they will not adopt it as the Way, but if they see the way of error, they will adopt that way, that is because they have rejected Our Ayat and were heedless (to learn a lesson) from them.
juniid 1 year ago
@scienceatheism (2): You cant see beyond this life and cant picture the afterlife,.:
[23:37] "There is nothing but our life of this world! We die and we live! And we are not going to be resurrected!
You probably never meditated or thought about death
