Regarding changing the axis of rotation of a body in space, the only way to do that is to physically hit it with something of significant mass and velocity. If something big enough to hit Earth and change its rotation axis did so, nothing would survive on the surface for more than a few seconds, so not much point describing observable effects.

My personal opinion: Something WILL happen, but I don't know what it will be. The ancient texts (Nag Hammadi and others, Bible too) indicate that "days will be shortened." How this shortening of days transpires, I'm not sure, but it appears to be an astrophysical process that has been on-going for awhile. Also foretold is a confusion and mis-judgment of scientific analysis. I think patience and calm attitudes are called for. Prudence and preparation, yes. Fortune-telling isn't the answer.

I read about this a few years ago. Now I'm hearing it again. Revelation says one third of the Earth will burn killing everything the flare touches. These coming flares have been coming for a long time. We used to have a Magnetosphere that encompassed the Planet protecting us from Solar Flares..but guess what? When the Russians sent up their first cosmonauts, they came back with loss of short and long term memory. Some was regained and some was lost permanently. This happened on several missions and then they caught on. Human memory reguires a magnetic field. Since then all astronauts carry a field generator(FG) on their belt and this has solved the problem. If Earth's magnetic field falls to zero, we will all forget and TPTB with FG will tell us who we are and what to do and we will believe.

Something is not considered on the video. The magnetosphere opens up upon the passing of the extra heavenly body but they forgot that it is between the sun and the earth. When the extra heavenly body has passed, the magnestosphere forms back.
Still some of the cosmic radiation will touch ground.
Pockets of the earths magnetosphere have opened up and killed those birds and fishes that was reported. But as you can see, it formed back.
It even registered in the weather radars.
