I had lots of carbon fiber in the morning. For supper, I had mostly fish and other protein-rich products. No sugar in the evening - no more sweets before bedtime.

I agree with you about eating oatmeal or even just oats..Ladies we need our fiber and it helps to keep you full through the morning..So why not eat it.Like your vegetables,friuts, and many other foods that is ment for us to eat.I have lost 50 pounds and I am still going strong.Thanks for the video.

Cherries & Raspberries sound very good. I eat those in the morning and for snacks. Sometimes I put them in my whey protein shakes also.
Yes if you get focused and stick to a plan it will work, you just have to be committed.

Yes the Slow Cooking Oats are better, because the carbs absorb slowely, but he instant is broken down so you don't get the same benefits.
