1) Only New001 and Shishka and one other employee can give out recon, and they don't just 'let you wear it'.

2) You can't 'hack' recon. It's stored on the disc and can only be unlocked with one of BUNGiE's activation keys.

3) Obviously they have a list of people, and you can't steal recon...

4) The armor is pretty cool, but to this day my friend regrets getting it. He's sick of random friend requests and asking how he got it and the whole deal that comes with it.
