Workplace bullying is the tendency of individuals to use persistent aggressive or unreasonable behaviour against a co-worker. Workplace bullying can include such tactics as verbal, nonverbal, psychological, and humiliation. This type of aggression is particularly difficult to control and in the case of Ramsay he glorifies it. A bully will feel no remorse what-so-ever for their actions. RAMSAY is one of them! He is a professional BULLY and sets a shocking example. He is rude and dismissive.
