i also having the sam prob as only NO option is there in encrypted protcol..
i downloaded SSL & somain modules too but still nothing changed...

I can't enable encrypted protocol, only show me NO has option, how can I set to YES.

@AngelSiervoDeDios yes. you have to putt as in instructions file is described the phpmailer package.
