the soundtrack is wonderful, but the dialouge is barely comprehensible. Visually it has some really great moments but there is no character development.
Imagine "the fountain" (just because of the tree metaphor) meets "tetsuo the iron man"

U cud almost class this movie as a Matrix Revealtions kinda spin off lol. Think of the whole world of Eden Log as a program, built 2 test people in2 accepting the Matrix. Lets say one of the Architect's failed versions. The person wakes up in this world, and If they choose 2 escape, and try get 2 the top, out in2 what is perceived as the "real world." They've fallen for it, and accepted the matrix. But If they start thinking rite from the start as 2 weather this is even real or not, they havnt.

The movie is about the loss of innocence during childhood that, I'm guessing from the trailer, is still affecting the guy well into his adulthood. I will be checking it on filmsi.co.cc today.

I personally find the movie interesting, because of a different way to use the camera, lights etc.. Also the way the story was told seemed not entirely viewer focused which created a greater immersion-feeling for me! Anyhow, I believe some of the few CGI effects were pretty week (maybe it was wanted though), especially were the glass is bursting (at the end): ex. all pieces seem to have the same size... Well, anyhow I liked the movie, it had something that kept me watching :)

This movie was great in the fact that it had a lot of mystery to it. It was very visual oriented. The cinematography was awesome and the lighting and scenery were very well done. So much of this movie was driven by story and this man's discovery of Eden Log. Very underrated film. Its nice to sometimes step away from the gore and blood that is so driven in film now. People need to appreciate whats in the background of a film sometimes.

This is a damned good movie, and I recommend it to all sci fi movie fans. I don't know why it was rated down so much - hard to follow? Well it's no cliche B-movie, it's actually really good, and the plot is meaningful.
This is a great sci-fi movie. I look at it as basically a kind of re-telling of the classic "Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden," type story. Or Its heavily Inspired by that subject. I like that its gritty, that it doesnt even start with any type of intro dialogue, or prologue (like how most US Hollywood films do), theres none of that with this film, it just chucks you in there straight away. Im actually getting into alot more European films, mainly because of this one now.
If you're interested in a movie that will leave you confused as hell then this is the movie for you! Ethen and Robert say, "Paying attention won't cut it!" New york times also say, "The only way you can find out what this movie is really about is if you asked the guy who made it!" And rolling stones call it, "The most confusing ass movie ever made!" @Solarcoreg Yep, those two are pretty close. Both try generating tension by just leaving away information and refusing to tell the story in an acceptable pace. Eden Log is way more B-movie though.

In my honest opinion this movie is better than Pandorum because it has to rely on the ACTING more than on the HOLLYWOOD CLAS A CGI

okay EDEN LOG although at first it starts similar to PANDORUM they are not the same plot/movie what so ever. Totally different endings. I can see how Eden Log could have inspired the writers of Pandorum however.

It does remind me a bit of Pandorum. I think it was pretty good. my favourite parts is when he watches the video logs, when you find out more about what happened!

This movie was amazing! This trailer was alright, but the movie is way better. If you want to see the whole movie for free in high quality Just google yslides and the site should come up first result. Yslides is where I watched it and didn't have any problems. I would just put the website address here, but I don't want youtube to mark my account as spam. LOL

This is a damned good movie, and I recommend it to all sci fi movie fans. I don't know why it was rated down so much - hard to follow? Well it's no cliche B-movie, it's actually really good, and the plot is meaningful.

This is a great sci-fi movie. I look at it as basically a kind of re-telling of the classic "Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden," type story. Or Its heavily Inspired by that subject. I like that its gritty, that it doesnt even start with any type of intro dialogue, or prologue (like how most US Hollywood films do), theres none of that with this film, it just chucks you in there straight away. Im actually getting into alot more European films, mainly because of this one now.

@Solarcoreg Yep, those two are pretty close. Both try generating tension by just leaving away information and refusing to tell the story in an acceptable pace. Eden Log is way more B-movie though.
