I think I clicked & dragged the .VOB file from the original movie into Nero Vision Express and saved as MPEG 2 (high quality) & uploaded the MPEG 2 file. (So basically the same thing as on DVD (.VOB file), but you need to convert to MPEG 2 before you can play around with it...
