You can just manually change it with the normal properties window if you've installed it.

Thank you very much, I cant beleive it actually worked, it wasnt that slow if to be honest, the only diffrence is that I had to apply it by the Styler instead of the Properties on the desktop.

How long does this process take once the files have been downloaded.

the theme only 1 minute. the rest around 5-10 minutes depending on the speed of your computer

if you have a slightly new computer you actually don't notice it that much. If you notice the slowdown i guess your computer is a bit old or you need more RAM/Graphics card
