@irishdude1988 I've cleared the game with all S-ranks too. Going solo on two-man missions does work really well for getting S ranks, especially for those unusual two-on-one missions, like the one against Park.

Oh right, cool. This is actually a really fun game. It's not mind-blowing stuff, and shouldn't be taken too seriously but the fighting mechanics are unique and 4 player multiplayer is really addictive. There aren't any current gen games like this. :(
Getting an 'S' rank in the Golem missions was very though, that guy's a monster lol
@irishdude1988 I found Golem a right swine in the story mode, but by the time it came to getting S ranks in free mode, I didn't find him too much trouble. Probably because the Golem missions are some of my favourites to replay, so when I got round to getting good ranks I had lots of practice with him.
You're right about the game's mechanics, they're really satisfying. Dodging, Specials, throws and how they all relate to one another makes for quite a robust and interesting engine.
namco should release this kinda ps3 tag game too :O!!

If it were a port or remake, I'd like to see the co-op implemented properly.

I got an 'S' Rank in every mission in this game. I'll give you a hint: use one character instead of 2.
