ESP's are amazing! I'm proud to own an eclipse model and I must say, its tone and overall playability rivals, if not surpasses in some aspects, my Gibson Les Paul. And that's coming from a guitar almost half as expensive. Not everything out of Asia is a knock-off. Epiphone's (before Gibson bought them out) was Gibson's main rival, and actually topped their models in some parts.
That's because Gibson and Fender guitars are pretty much worth fifty bucks a pop. I don't see why people overpay for bad instruments, I've never likesd the sound of any Fender or Gibson. Ibanez, good ESP's, and Schecter's easily blow them out of the water. Actuallly I don't like this guy's ESP, I'm not a fan of single coil twang, or the Stratocaster shape.
Either way, it's mostly preference.
On topic, this guy isn't that bad, just not my cup of tea, good player.

@212fm I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but I believe this model is the ESP Snapper. It is available in Japan only and worth about $5,000 USD (If I did the conversion right. ^_^) I found this out because another japanese guitarist plays one on youtube. His name is upunushi and he shreds too. Such a nice guitar!
@iIDevonIi I hate Lil' Wayne. But anyways to answer your question. I tried to look around for the same thing including asking some local stores about where I could buy one of these. One of them told me to look in Tokyo, another told me to look in Fukuoka. When I went to Fukuoka they told me they only sell the standard series and that ESP discontinued his signature. Try Ebay, even though I highly doubt you'll find this awesome guitar there.
ESP have a real eye for detail and the guitars from Japan are of the highest standard. People who say otherwise have either never played a properly set-up ESP or are just plain delusional. You don't have to like the guitars at all to realise the work and level of craftsmanship that is there. Fender and Gibson had to accommodate factories in Japan back in the day just cause the guitars they were making were too good for the price. Think about it. I hate idiots who think USA is the be all end all.

ESP's are amazing! I'm proud to own an eclipse model and I must say, its tone and overall playability rivals, if not surpasses in some aspects, my Gibson Les Paul. And that's coming from a guitar almost half as expensive. Not everything out of Asia is a knock-off. Epiphone's (before Gibson bought them out) was Gibson's main rival, and actually topped their models in some parts.

That's because Gibson and Fender guitars are pretty much worth fifty bucks a pop. I don't see why people overpay for bad instruments, I've never likesd the sound of any Fender or Gibson. Ibanez, good ESP's, and Schecter's easily blow them out of the water. Actuallly I don't like this guy's ESP, I'm not a fan of single coil twang, or the Stratocaster shape.
Either way, it's mostly preference.
On topic, this guy isn't that bad, just not my cup of tea, good player.

It is available in Japan only and worth about $5,000 USD (If I did the conversion right. ^_^) I found this out because another japanese guitarist plays one on youtube. His name is upunushi and he shreds too. Such a nice guitar!

@iIDevonIi I hate Lil' Wayne. But anyways to answer your question. I tried to look around for the same thing including asking some local stores about where I could buy one of these. One of them told me to look in Tokyo, another told me to look in Fukuoka. When I went to Fukuoka they told me they only sell the standard series and that ESP discontinued his signature. Try Ebay, even though I highly doubt you'll find this awesome guitar there.

ESP have a real eye for detail and the guitars from Japan are of the highest standard. People who say otherwise have either never played a properly set-up ESP or are just plain delusional. You don't have to like the guitars at all to realise the work and level of craftsmanship that is there. Fender and Gibson had to accommodate factories in Japan back in the day just cause the guitars they were making were too good for the price. Think about it. I hate idiots who think USA is the be all end all.

Their Floyd roses aren't like the real ones. Has the logo but its really just a poorly made Japanese version of the Original American ones.
They replaced George lynchs Mr scary kramer guitar neck with an ESP one which he never used.
ESP copied J Frogs skull n bones guitar design and made poor copies of them and they were forced to pay a huge amount of money to J frog.

@Trooperx0 i have no idea if those r true or not, but i have played esps and stuff before and they felt and sounded great. i could care less if the quality of the guitar is crappy, as long as it sounds amazing

@Trooperx0 What the fuck are you talking about? 0.0 none of that is true lolol Even the lowest quality ESP can easily rival one of the best Gibsons, ESP are lighter, sound better and are way easier to play, and the Floyd Rose is authentic, The LTD series (American version) ESP's are a terrible example of how high quality ESP guitars are. I don't know where you heard those rumors but they're wrong.

Have you ever played an ESP George lynch kamikaze? They were to cheap to even use paint on it. You know what it is? Its paper with the details clear coated on a body. If thats not cheap then i dont know what is anymore especially for the price they want for it. Besides i talked to Ed roman about the company and he happens to run one of the hugest online guitar business in las vegas so maybe your wrong......buddy.

@Trooperx0 I own 3 ESP guitars, 2 real ones from Japan and one LTD, And wow an online guitar business in las vegas, wtf does that have to do with anything? Did you play a real ESP or the shitty American version? Because real ones are higher quality than Fender, but the American ones are crap.

@soulslayerBLAST I've played many of them and by the way i play on them. They dont even feel like they will last. I doubt you've taken apart one to examine its specifications either. Plus, and what does the site have to do with this? He makes custom guitars, he knows all of the major companies in and out.

@Trooperx0 They've lasted for 30 years already, and I've studied the specs of them. Plus you said that he knows all the major companies, which means that you accept that ESP is a major company. Have you ever REALLY played one? Or are you just lying, because out of hundreds of people that I've talked to, you're the only person that hasn't liked them.

@soulslayerBLAST Well of course their a major company. I dont know how but the names out there. Nothing i can to about that. And 30 years is nothing. Compared to Ibanez and fender. I've played a lot of ESP guitars and they have nothing on em. None of my friends have them. No major rockstars use them except for George Lynch that i can think of. Look at Joe satriani, Paul gilbert, Steve Vai, Eddie Van Halen, John putricci, Buckethead (The worlds finest). So why would you settle for less?

Go on the American ESP website and click on Artists at the top then look through the list, buddy, there's tons of huge rockstars that use ESP, and all of those are just bands from North America, 90% of Japanese bands use them too, bands like The GazettE and Nightmare.

Their both japenese and open to the world.....cause ESP sucks of course. The musicians i listed are world wide respected unlike most asian musicians. And maybe you might know more of ESP cause you like J rock so much. I've never heard of those guitar players you have listed though so i guess their not really that good. Cause i read a lot of guitar magazines
