God I hated how the Bengals were pathetic when he was on our team. This guy was such a beast we waited to long to get talent around him when we finally did it was to latemand he won a super bowl with the Pats.
Corey is one of the best to play the game hands down he ran like that for the bengals and he was there team he brought fear to the jungle and as soon as he had a team around him what happens super bowl
@JaKe160100 sorry, it's true to nice to have a Corey Dillon. But 2004 Patriots was dominating the league due to their super stingy defense. Bruschi, Mcginest, Seymour, Colvin, Wilfork, Samuel, Harrison, Phifer, Vrable, Law, Warren, Johnson, etc. They were stacked. Injuries almost wipe out their secondary, heck even Troy Brown play CB and the defense still doesn't miss a beat.
@skspikex2 well ty law and tyrone poole did not participate in the playoffs in 2004 and richard seymour missed the first two playoff games. so the pats were shorthanded going going in the playoffs.
@DrSanto91 true, i know we need a clock killing corey dillon type back, but i got high hope for BJGE, Woodhead, Vereen, and Ridley who look like a mini Dillon. Thank god we switch away from the finesse 3-4WR set and go with a more physical 2 TE-3TE set.
corey is my bro in law we play madden all the time but i never win. i really hope he goes to the hall of fame. he was one of the best power running backs of all time
He was great. Power, speed, could deliver the hit, and make the one cut. Its a shame he got hurt in the superbowl. The eagles would have been running away from him by the 4th quarter
the 2005 Patriots is my favorite team of all time, especially because of corey dillon

I wish Patriots still had a smasmouth RB like Corey Dillon or Antwain Smith.

I say he was the best running back the Patriots ever had even though 2004 was really his only great year with them.

Just watching the Lions pre season game last night reminded me the importance of having a proficient running back in this league.
You win at the line up front and a solid running game.

Some of his best runs and games were with cincinnati. Should have shown some of them.

He was a great running back and hall of fame worthy. He might get overlooked because he played for a losing team most of his career.

My first Patriots jersey is a Corey Dillon jersey. haha He's the reason I started watching football more as a fan than just a fan of a team.
