This looks really cool but is it more like WoW where you have more freedom to move jump around even when fighting or like Guild Wars where you're locked with whateve action your doing?

you have the freedom to go ANYwhere, although not really recommended unless you are high enough levels, you can do any quest at any time, although exp value varies a lot, but is mostly mouse movements (for now I think) but new feature being added, but other then that it's a really good game and very interesting.
