Marijuana stays in your system long after your "high" is gone. Unlike heroin, cocaine and alcohol that disappear quickly. Nobody's advocating working high. Dr. Frank is my GP and he is the best doctor I've ever had in my life, and I'm 50 years old, so he's far from my first. He listens, pay attention and would never prescribe horrible things like Ambien that are really dangerous. I trust him with my life. I've never been better taken care of. And, he has the guts to speak the truth.

I work in a coal mine, i do not want to work with or be in any way associated with someone who is affected by drugs, be it dope or heroin or booze, whatever, i want to come home at night the same as when i left for work, and if your risking your well being then your risking mine, and if i;m injured by your antics then i'll sue the ass off my boss and get some millions for letting you be at work.

Fuck testing, it doesn't measure performance, safety, or attitude!! It is a crappy excuse to fire someone if you can't prove a person unworthy of a job.
