@alyctus it was extremely sucessful. one of the show's stars, nicholas hoult (tony), is a budding movie star here in america now (he's had leading/supporting roles in a single man and x-men: first class). there's even an american version of the show on mtv now (lol it's not as good). i would relate skins in the uk to degrassi in canada, except the show is still canadian, still just as good, and has always been available in america.
