I have been taking the regular Hydroxycut for the past few months and i am on my second bottle now but i got the caffeine free one. I have lost about 35 pounds but its not just because the Hydroxycut. I changed my diet to healthier foods and i exercise at least 5 days a week. I also take Wheybolic amplified 60 as well. The Hydroxycut works but you must do exercise mainly cardio if you want to shed the pounds and watch your diet. I take two pills a day 30 min before each meal sometimes three.

I see you're doing P90X and Insanity. I'm not sure how extensive your knowledge is of diet and exercise but taking a fat burner with tons of caffeine all the time is not good. Caffeine effects the adrenal system to the point that it will exhaust it. At most you should only take caffeinated diet pills/drinks for 2 months and take 2 months off. I recommend a solid diet, eating every 2-3 hours at least 5 meals a day, multi-Vitamin, EFA, and L-Carnitine. Bev. Int. Quadracarn is really good.

hi i just want to know why am i not feeling any change of this. I tried hydroxcycut hardcore just 1 capsule and i was jumping up n down but this i'm taking 3 caps and twice a day but doesn't feel a thing. I do have two kids under 4 and the reason i got this is to get energy to keep up, but still i feel sleepy. i don't drink coffee or caffeine thing. neither smoke.
