Don't get too upset with me, this my opinion....the jokes here are tired like the "king of the world" joke and the songs dont seem all appropriate for children (I.e. tail whipping is a bit seductive for a child). I grew up watching AATC but their attempt to make a movie is a fail...not funny and live action. Just a cheap shot to make money off a past popular franchise by attracting new and/or too forgiving fans.

@Setsunna It's a kids movie. I don't think kids watching this would think that the tail whipping is "seductive", as you put it. The song "Whip My Hair", which is the song they sing (except they whip their tails because they are chipmunks), is originally sung by a 10-year-old girl. So, what difference does it make?

Kids will think it's funny. And they can't put too much action in because, again, it IS a kids film and, frankly, it would just get boring.
