  • decide who do you want to serve? Id prefer no servitude please. sounds much much more like democracy. people do not need to be governed we need to arrive at intellectual decisions that offer the greatest benefit to the whole.

  • hrmm god expels them from thier homes for disoebediance why does this sound so much like the monetary system we have in place. some striking simularities lets keep watching

  • maybe if god stopped denying people knowledge maybe there would not be issues. look at sopa pipa denial of knowledge hrmmmm why do the elite always deny knowledge. god: dont eat from the tree of good and evil*knowledge* god i will not share my god power with you sounds offly fascist to me.

  • god needs to test love and loyalty sounds alot like corporate america. I deny you knowledge the knowledge of good and evil. again god denies knowledge.

  • if we dont choose jesus then we ultimately choose satan? what if we are athiest, or spiritual? although we havent chose god, at the same time we havent chose satan either. You Christians are only trying to make other religions look insignifigant. More people have died because of jesus than any other occurance in history. Would a god that only represent good cause so much death, even to people that love him? face it, there is no tangable proof that god exists. and if there is, i sure would love

  • poor God, he must have felt heartbroken when Lucifer rebelled. I wonder how he could have done that, betraying his loving creator.

  • :)

  • I believe! I believe! Nah I don't but good try. Jesus' facial expressions gave me a good chuckle though, thank you.

  • A wonderful, amazing and TRUE STORY, taken right from the pages of Scripture. God Bless Amazing Facts for creating this movie.

  • this was amezing

  • In the many appearances of angels in the Bible, never is an angel referred to as “she” or “it.” Furthermore, when angels did appear, they always appeared dressed as human males (Genesis 18:2, 16; Ezekiel 9:2). No angel ever appeared in Scripture dressed as a female.

  • There is no doubt that every reference to angels in Scripture refers to them in the masculine gender. The Greek word for “angel” in the New Testament, angelos, is in the masculine form. In fact, the feminine form of angelos does not exist. There are three genders in grammar—masculine (he, him, his), feminine (she, her, hers), and neuter (it, its).

  • @platinumemanuel if you read some of my first posts you will see that they took creative liberty in producing this however it doesn't take from the ultimate message that is trying to be relayed....angels didn't have light sabers, nor did they have gender, we don't know the race of Adam.....it had to be illustrated and they connected the dots...focus on the message...God Bless!!

  • Part 2

Free will offers no solution whatsoever. According to Scripture there are millions of rational beings (angels) who, by free choice (!), never have sinned and never will. This shows that it is logically possible to have free will without any misusage. Hence, the so-called “free will defence” is evidently invalid. In other words, free choice and the absence of actual moral evil can co-exist.

  • @Gehirnstruktur You are right, Job, Jesus, etc never sinned, but he didn't say that all who have free choice sin. If he did, please put the time when he did so I may hear it too. I thought that he states that the 2/3 angel that remained did not sin, but had a choice. You can have freedom of choice, and remain free of sin. I don't think I get your argument (position), please elaborate.

  • @tanyaradzwa10

    Part 1

Thanks for your reply. Frankly, I cannot see what was so unclear about my original statement though.

My point is this: The reality of actual moral evil in the universe can, sufficiently, neither be explained by rational beings having free will (as tried to do at about 11:15) nor by the notion of evil being a necessary means for a “greater good”, as often declared by theists.

YHWH could have created only those beings of whom He knew they would, freely, never sin or,

  • @Gehirnstruktur Part 1

Evil (sin) is not an entity nor a being, but rather, it is an act. So therefore, free will can certainly answer the question of the origin of sin. According to CS Lewis, [originally] the law of nature extended to man; which is to say that as nature dictates that the sun rises in the east, so was the way of man to act correctly in accordance to his nature. In short, sin is doing something that is contrary to law of human nature. the nature of a flower is to follow...

  • @Gehirnstruktur Part 2

...the sun. the flower has no freedom of choice. it is obedient to its nature, but man has freedom of choice, he does not have to be obedient to his nature. there is no such thing as "greater good." there is only good and evil and there is no middle. Good is doing what is right (morally), and what is right is right, and it cannot go beyond being right. God did not create evil, since evil is not a thing, but an act, and an act cannot be created. then the question is, did...

  • @Gehirnstruktur Part 3

..he create an evil being (flawed being)? and the answer is no! because if He had created man without freedom of choice, then man would be faithful to Him in by function. God says "if you love me obey my commandments." this statement is evidence of free will (according to the Bible). Descartes in the meditation said "I think, so therefore I am." I can't go into the whole thing, but he concludes that no one is controlling his mind but only he is its master. so if you..

  • @Gehirnstruktur Part 4

...are the master of your own mind, then certainly you have freedom of choice. When you choice to love God and obey His commandments, then you are working in accordance with your human nature, but if you choose not to, you have sinned against Him, and sin is an evil did. There is a book I think you would like, its called "refutation of moral relativism" by Peter Kreeft. as a christian apologetic, I think he will do a better job explaining the Christian view. . .

  • @Gehirnstruktur Part 5

...point from a philosophical angle. Even if you don't agree with the views in this video, I commend you for taking the time to watch it. Socrates says "the unexplained life is not worth living." you my friend, you are examining yours, and please don't give up; seek the truth wherever it can be found, from atheism, Buddhism, Christianity, etc. As for myself, I have found it in Christianity. God bless you. P.S what does YHWH stand for?

  • @tanyaradzwa100

    Part 2

which is logically equivalent, abstain from creating a being (Lucifer) or beings of whom He knew the contrary.

If the actuality of moral evil is considered indispensable for a so-called “greater good”, YHWH is made dependent on evil as far as this “greater good” is concerned, resulting in some kind of metaphysical dualism of good and evil.

  • @tanyaradzwa100

    Part 3

Two deficiencies, ontological and ethical, are hidden therein:

YHWH is not self-sufficient in His power and goodness.

YHWH makes use of actual moral evil in order to achieve a certain goal.

    Best wishes

  • Part 1

The Problem of Evil is far more serious than most theists are ready to admit.

    Why did YHWH create Lucifer?!

If YHWH was unable to maintain or attain an ultimately good state of things without permitting moral evil to become actual, He cannot be called perfectly good and omnipotent at the same time. But if He was able why then, knowingly and wilfully, create a being that would become the source of all actual evil in the universe? A being, He would destroy sometime in the future.

  • The moral of the video is presented very well. Big recommendation for all to see.

  • Thank you so much for sharing the whole movie. I love it!

  • @blacknight73127 You're not so smart are u? This is their own depiction of Adam. Adam could of easily of been black, we just don't know.. Who cares what race Adam was, we all come from Adam and eve.. So get this race color out of your mind.

  • The Bible verses which mention cherubim (mostly the making of the ark I think) describe them as pretty much hippopotami. Also, I forget how many orders of angels are mentioned in the bible v. how many are recognized by the catholic church but there are more than simply cherubim and seraphim explicitly mentioned in the Bible. If you can't get the stuff that's laid out in detail for you right, why would I believe the stretched interpretations presented here?

  • @Zombirichard The facts of this video are based on biblical facts. This minister is not a catholic, and he does not follow catholic beliefs, so why should he add biblically undocumented beliefs in his ministry. Theology 101: We are called "protestants" because we "protested" against catholic doctrines. If you have any arguments about this video, please present us with biblical verses, not mere church doctrines. God bless. :-)

  • I didnt know angels used light sabers...

  • @OutlawMaxV creative liberty was taken to illustrate what we don't know

  • @WhiteDragonTile I believe that the name was translated when they translated the bible......the name "Lucifer" means light bearer.....the name Jesus is also Latin if I'm not mistaken....I stand corrected....all these names were translated when the Bible was....God Bless!

  • @siclucky then why wasn't the name "Satan" translated into latin as well?

  • @WhiteDragonTile I have no idea, they translated some names and left the rest I guess....the name Lucifer was translated from the Hebrew word Hêlēl....from what I have read it just had to deal with the time the Bible was translated (ie) KJV......God Bless!

  • @WhiteDragonTile

Speaking of latin vs Hebrew, did you know the first name used for God in the Bible (Elohim) is actually a word that means "Beings that came from the sky"?

It's the PLURAL form of Eloha. In fact, Genesis reads: "In the beginning, THE GODS created the Heavens and the Earth".

Just a tiny bit of information

  • @WhiteDragonTile because u are one of lucifers follower...so all kinds of doubts will come..

  • @WhiteDragonTile or a lightsaber?

  • The term Lucifer as used in non-Latin bible translations is likely a mistranslation. The appellation and the verse in Isaiah was likely talking about an earthly king (of Babylon maybe). Almost nothing in this video is supported by the Bible and the interpretations of the verses used in this video are pretty big stretches. The only upheaval in heaven mentioned in the Bible is in Genesis, the events involving the Watchers which is further explored in the apocryphal Book of Enoch.

  • @Zombirichard how is nothing here supported in the Bible? Everything here is Bible based and supplemented with scripture....you people keep complaining about all the little things in the video and overlook the overall theme and message.....yes some of the stuff was done with artistic license but someone had to connect the dots without taking away from the message....you Bible scholars should make your own video to minister to persons, until then God Bless!!

  • @Zombirichard

You are completely missing the big picture concerning Lucifer in Isaiah. There is a dual application in Isaiah 14. Since Satan was the author of the Babylonian religion, the prophets wrote in dualistic parallels, alluding to the earthly king of Babylon as a representative figure of the fallen angel Lucifer. While the divine message is referring to the ultimate king of Babylon, Satan, the earthly king of Babylon stands as the representative. This was was the "symbolic" message.

  • @Zomb

Also, the best expositors and theologians the world over have agreed that clearly, Isaiah 14, while using the earthly king of Babylon as a type, was ultimately and more broadly alluding to the instigator and king of all Babylonian ideology--Satan himself. In Revelation, you have the Dragon representing both Lucifer, and the earthly kingdom of Babylon. It is a system through which Satan manifests itself. You must discern the spiritual, and grasp why the prophet is writing in such a way.

  • @WhiteDragonTile lucifer is a name ok whew.

  • @WhiteDragonTile its called lost of translation bro..if u thought bout it long enough you would've came across that answer....duh

  • @blacknight73127 Better than from this ferry tales...

  • @blacknight73127 are females just for reproduction?

  • @blacknight73127 Bro its just for illustration....if there were no females then someone would be like where are the female angels.....we know that angels have no gender who's to say if they look masculine or feminine we don't know but they took the artistic liberty to illustrate without trying to take away from the ultimate message.....the same applies for the Adam it doesn't matter the race (in my view) at least they didn't go with the typical blond with blue eyes. God Bless!

  • @siclucky In the many appearances of angels in the Bible, never is an angel referred to as “she” or “it.” Furthermore, when angels did appear, they always appeared dressed as human males (Genesis 18:2, 16; Ezekiel 9:2). No angel ever appeared in Scripture dressed as a female.

  • It's funny how non-believers get all hot and bothered when their perspective is challenged. Believers don't get angry or pissy when their perspective is challenged because they have more certainty behind their point of view ( or faith for those who believe). Non-believers who accuse others and persecute because of their uncertainty of what is true project through anger because their motive is to prove their own point over arguing on behalf of mankind. Also, look up: Testimony, Angelica.

  • The fool says in their heart there is no God.Nuff said.

  • @roddy35wv only a Sith deals in absolutes nuff said

  • @siclucky:there are true passive christians... but know this, the gate that leads to God and eternal life is narrow. very narrow...

  • @sunny77dd --satan wont pretend to be Him... he will simply exhalt himself above all things...

  • @AspiringPotato ---Yeshua was sinless. Yeshua gave His life willingly, as a Holy sacrifice. God Creator raisex Him from the dead. Yeshua forgave, spoke love, grace, forgiveness. Yeshua is definitely not Satan.

  • i believe God created heavems and earth at the same time... Satan fell during the life of Adam and Eve... it seems too heratic to think otherwise.... thats pretty much the only problem i have with this video... The Word says"then he was cast to earth"-that means earth was, when Satan fell.. thats all.

  • I like how they show "other religions". It's like "look at these rich cultures of people, too bad they'll all burn"

  • Actually it's more like the struggle between shades of grey. You may not like it but nobody asked you.

  • @AspiringPotato what are you trying to say?

  • @siclucky

I'm going to summarize my thoughts in the statement that "A great percentage of deeds that would be called evil by most were done by people who believed that they were fighting in a battle between absolute good and absolute evil." Basically when you think you are side of absolute good, you think anything you do is justified, even genocide or torture. Perverse, but such is human nature. Mr. Batchelor propagates the absolute moral dichotomy.

  • I was also pointing out how Batchelor acknowledges the similarity between the many religions across the world. I find it 'funny' because it seems like he is going to acknowledge that all religions are similar and fill similar roles. However I know he is going to go the other way and say that one religion, Christianity, is very different in that it is the only one that will prevent infinite suffering. He is oblivious to his own insight.

  • @AspiringPotato to fully believe in Jesus Christ as your personal savior you must first be convicted by the power of the holy spirit. To fully understand what is going on in the video your heart must be softened by the holy spirit to be blessed and understand the word of God. If you are an atheist I will not condemn you but pray that you see the light before it is everlasting too late. And contrary to popular belief there is a great controversy between God and Lucifer for your worship...

  • @siclucky

I don't worship ANYTHING. Do you get that? Not God, who is made up. Not Lucifer, who is made up.

It's not my heart that needs to be softened, it's my brain. As in, my brain would need to be mush before I abandoned my uncompromising skepticism.

You can be a casual Christian and not focus so morbidly on all this end times stuff you know... I have many Christian friends who don't spend all day focusing on religion...

  • @AspiringPotato there is no such thing as a passive Christian that's just the Devil's tricks.....when Jesus ascended into heaven he told the disciples to teach the gospel throughout the whole land and baptize them in the name of the father, son and holy spirit. So the mere fact of being a Christian is being a follower of Christ and telling others about the love of Jesus. Christianity is not being selfish but telling others about the love of Christ so being passive is the ideal the Satan wants

  • @AspiringPotato Like I said I hope you are convicted by the holy spirit and will pray for you Bro...God Bless!!

  • @siclucky Looking at the John'sGospel I wouldn't call the lost man Bro.. as he's not our Bro yet- uses filthy words, full of pride, unbelieving in heart. All of it proves for now he's a slave to this world-view, to Satan, he's a child of the darkness, son of the devil, son of this fallen world system.

He may become one day our Bro, God knows.. but he needs 2B changed & born again of God first.

I think we need to stuck to the Bible as it is safe for us and for him also. Bless him&talk with. :-)

  • @AspiringPotato One of Satan's, NOT LUCIFER'S greatest accomplishment is having the world believe he doesn't exist. Don't worry...something will happen in some years down the road and you will believe...just wait. When Satan pretends to be Jesus...you will believe then...and i hope you remember this so you don't fall for it. I need not say anything more for i may just feed your ignorance and stubbornness. Your heart has been hardened like Pharaohs in Exodus...

  • @sunny77dd

How do you know that Satan didn't already pretend to be Jesus... 2011 years ago? How the fuck do you know?

  • @AspiringPotato I think you friends should focus on the Bible, this is what God expects His people 2do. Maybe they're "christians" by name only? Anton LaVey (Satan's Bible) said: Satanism is "do as thy will"- do what you want. Maybe you don't believe in Lucyfer but you live like a proper follower of him. All people are bound down to this pattern of self-guidance and rejection of Creator. You take from the tree of knowledge only (brain) and not from tree of life (the Spirit). God Bless U :-)

  • @AspiringPotato There are only 2 religions in our history: one is religion of Abel and the other is religion of Kain. All religions fall into one of 2 categories. Kain type religions in their core deny the need for blood being shed for remission of sins, they will try to establish their own way of justification. The religion of Abel (true Christianity) obeys God's command and admits the need for innocent to be killed (Son of God, The Lamb of God) to meet the requirements of the Law.

  • @AspiringPotato You may not like it but Yeshua said that in spiritual matters we should talk "black&white" and not in different shades of grey. "But let your communication be: Yes, yes, No, no: for whatever [is] more than these cometh of evil. " (Matth.5;37).

So it's not struggle btwn shades of grey. You're destined for condemnation if you reject the Son of God or you can escape the rough of God only if you obey the Son and put your trust in Him. There's no speculation, no doubt about it.
