  • Hi again. Can you PLEASE explain the method you mentioned? How to create a rub on with a transparency? I am dying to know this! Rub ons are so costly and I would love to create them. Thanks

  • i learned something new about tranparenceis as a rub on wow too cool just a tip tho when your teaching try no to say UM lol your a great teacher!!! i enjoy your tips and lessons
