Florence is a beautiful singer and the way she writes her songs is amazing. She choses her lyrics very carefully and thoughtfully. Whenever I hear this song it seems as if the gateway to heaven and portal to hell are opening. She sings and writes as if she is a goddess. Better yet, she is a goddess. And nice effects on the vid with the lyrics, good job. :P

Like she's trying to wake up from a fairytale but she's realizing that the real world is just tearing her apart and she can feel it "Shaking all her bones". I think she used references to other known fairytales to further solidify that feeling.
