I think that might be debated! I personally am really fond of the Ravenglass & Eskdale railway, but that is because I lived not far from this railway for over 8 years, and we could hear the train whilstles as they travelled down Eskdale.

The photos at 0.58 are from the Lappa Valley Railway in Cornwall, and not the Lachlan Valley Railway. My mistake!
