@66380kaka That's because Muslim countries don't keep track of rape, its dishonor, also the rape victim needs 2 or 3 witness to clarify that the victim was raped or else it would be seen as adultery, punishment for adultery can sometimes mean stoned to death. Some people will not tell others that they have been raped for fear of life.
