but (and I don't know how it is in french) unlike English which (for example) "you" or "they" describes male and female... in hebrew every gender has it's own word... so I guess it's hard to learn like every new language that you learn.

Some are harder than others. non-lating alphabet languages, such as Japanese, Russian, Arabic.All seem to be classified as hard, but it's about how you learn and how quickly it clocks in your head. French took me 5 years, it clocked in my head and i suddenly went from "G grade "to" C/B grade "in french in a few months.And i had was pretty fluent when talking to other french teenagers.I'm now doing japanese, it's down to dedication and patience! :)
