Not declaring war since WW II makes the Office of the President, the entire Congress, and the Supreme Court complicit in not following the law. The first goal in any war should be 100% selfish for the country. Vietnam and North Korea could be argued to be altruistic wars, as well as the Iraq war because the people that were relatively smart didn't associate Iraq with 9/11 and instead thought it would be good to sacrifice our troops for other people's freedom.

Other polls involving expanding schip coverage shows a majority oppose it when the poll question includes the increased income {$62,000} of those to be covered. You tell me which is more credible. Watched Rachel Maddow on Olbermann (Countdown, MSNBC). This, as well as the ad about Bethany, the 2-year old girl whose life was saved by a heart operation, thanks to the SCHIP program. She, too, was slimed. Her parents accused of having a child whose health insurance they couldn't afford. They call themselves "Pro-Life"? They are pro-wealthy life, anti-poor, anti-choice, anti-humanity. The most dangerous kind of hypocricy imaginable.
