any time you mess with water, 120vAC, hydrogen and oxygen, there is some danger assumed ... but this fellow understands the risks and knows what he is doing ... this is not his first device ... so I have simply wished him well on this project ...
It can be dangerous if the proper precautions are not in place...There can be risk in anything you mess with but If you play safe most of the time you'll stay safe ..
