HRW: Of 946 wounded in Misrata only 22 were woman and 8 were children. It means civilians are not targeted, if civilian woman and man were indiscriminately (equally) targeted there would be same number of wounded of both sexes. Here 3 percent are woman, so most wounded are not civilians.
Here is amnesty international report which shows satellite image of Misrata before and after, no indiscriminate bombing here, only urban warfare.

I look forward to see offenders in International Criminal Court and JUSTICE being served to demonstrate that the United Nations takes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights seriously. Without enforcement the declaration is worthless! Gaddafi is by definition evil and criminally Insane.
