I love this song! It does go good with it too. I also like how The Weather Network tracks hurricanes with showing where it is and how intense the rain will be and rain ect. I don't know if any other news does this though

The only way to get the MP3 version of it is to convert and download it yourself.

Then take the link of my video and insert in on that website. Press 'High Quality'. Then let it convert (it takes 2 minutes max). Then it's ready for you to download. But that's the best I can give you (my own). I don't know where to get the track backing of this song... I don't even know where I got mine.

How did I get the moving clouds background? Well, let's just say Microsoft Office 2010's powerpoint is incredible! :p

(It even let's you export powerpoints as movies, making it less of a hassle for me :)).
