wow lady do you know what debt to income is. No matter because you owe as certain amount to over what you earn each year. If you had other cards why didn't you use one of those or call the company from either a cell or pay phone.

Solution: don't be fool and use cash or check or a checking acct visa. AMEX, Discover, etc are thiefs.
