does Jeff suffer with paranoia I wander and I guess he can be over the top with his many analysis as well of others, point taken as well as he does have a lot of true potential to being obnoxious and arrogant a lot of times as well when it comes to his staff that he employs and I feel sorry for them at many times as well. He needs to ease up a little on his staff and offer some team building in fun and develop a good staff relationship with them as well after all they are human to.
