  • I burned a rebel flag while I watched this, and yes I wrapped your grandma in it first.

  • Sucession now !.

  • If at first you don't secede, ...

  • i could not agree with pat buchanan more. I have met dr hill at a meeting in york alabama and he is one hell of a guy

  • Part V: So today those same economic interests that once enslaved southern blacks have transferred the source of those slaves principles elsewhere but still use those same slave principles to promote the Empire.

  • We are all tax slaves to an unconstitutional corrupt Federal Government.

  • @brainerdrebel

A federal government which usurped FALSE NATIONAL authority by imperialism, suppression and mass-murder against the SOVEREIGN NATION-STATES, suppressing the truth and calling it a "civil war."

But you CAN"T HAVE a civil war between SOVEREIGN NATIONS.

  • @SovereignStatesman, I agree, we have never had a civil war. The South fought for Independence. Why did we fight? I often wonder why the South fired on Sumter, the South played into Lincoln's trap.

  • @brainerdrebel

No, the South fought to DEFEND ITS NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY AGAINST TREACHEROUS AGGRESSION.

The states were united on the principle of mutual respect for the respective national sovereignty of each other as separate nations-- but the north BETRAYED that trust, as wel as the militarypower entrusted to them for the purpose of DEFENDING it.

    Why did the South fight?

Well when one nation claims that it OWNS another and invades to use force, that's the NORMAL response for ANY nation.

  • @SovereignStatesman, I understand and agree with state sovereignty. My question, was war the best way to defend state sovereignty? Obviously not, our federation of states is over, the federalists have won the battle of state sovereignty. The average college graduate thinks we are a nation or a country, they will quote the pledge of allegiance. Not knowing who wrote it or when. Nothing short of a revolution will bring back our Constitutional Republic.

"We federated for foreign affairs only" T.J.

  • @brainerdrebel

(cont'd) Then, state sovereignty must be ASSERTED-- i.e. the people of a state must ASSERT to the federal government, and the other states-- and the other nations of the world-- that they are a sovereign nation unto themselves, BY LAW-- and PROVE it-- and that the PEOPLE of the state, not the state government, are the REIGNING SOVEREIGNS.

Then, they can nullify federal laws at will-- or secede entirely, and the fed will have NO authority to overrule them.

  • First, state sovereignty must be DEFINED.

Currently, too many "Tenthers" think that "state sovereignty" is what's in the Tenth Amendment-- which clearly states RESERVED POWERS. In fact, 28 states passed laws saying that "state sovereignty" is under the Tenth Amendment, when in reality it's in the TREATY OF PARIS, where each state is recognized to be "free, sovereign and independent STATES--" i.e. SOVEREIGN NATIONS.

And that was NEVER CHANGED-- merely SUPPRESSED.

    (cont'd)

  • @SovereignStatesman, very good. You have a wealth of knowledge. Do you see anyway of reclaiming our states and limited federal government?

  • @brainerdrebel

Yes, but it involves my completing my global communications-network which also gives everyone free statellite television and radio. Because otherwise, nobody will listen.

    The website is TheU-Net.com .

Do you know anyone who's good at making videos? I'm working on one for it, right now.

  • Part IV: But instead, the north profited from the then cheap labor, just as USA profits today from cheaop labor elsewhere. Why don't I hear northern types complaining about the cheap slave labor being used today by US companies in China, or South America, etc.? Because it still profits the Empire.

  • Part III: Slavery is WRONG and always will be and would have been corrected in time naturally without need for a war that killed 600,000 boys. It could have been accomplished like all other countries have abolished slavery, economically.

  • @JOMO59

Slavery is irrelevant, the issue is NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY of the individual states, which is a fact of law and history.

Slavery was only used as a political strawman to distract from this fact, and it contiues to be so used to this day.

Of course, only a obtuse moron would suggest that nations can be conquered if they practice slavery, but that's still the knee-jerk response to the assertion of this historical fact that each state was founded as a sovereign nation in 1776..

  • Part II: But it will indeed be a pleasure to teach that lesson to you soon.

And don't give me that lame excuse about slavery being the primary cause. The north bought and sold the slaves to the South on ships that docked 99% in the north. Principally Rhode Island for example.

  • There was no civil war. The War of Northern Agression and /or The War for Southern Independence was fought under the legal principles of secession after invasion and tyranny by the banking class in the north. Something which survives to this day. Hence our troubles. And that war for freedom is NOT over as you will soon see. And as to being uneducated, it seems that it is you instead who are uneducated for not knowing these basic constitutional principles.

  • @JOMO59

It couldn't be a war for Southern Independence, because the Southern states were ALREADY independent from the moment of their respective founding-- as stated in the Declaration of Independence, i.e. "We hold these united colonies to be free and independent STATES."

So there was never ANY war, simply a lawless northern invasion trumped up under false claim of national authority.

Now that this is exposed, then state sovereignty and the resulting right of nullification RESUME.

  • @SovereignStatesman Yes that is a good technical clarification, i agree. But I hope you got my point. The North always tries to pretend that The South is crazy for asserting its right to legally remain independent from federal tyranny and even to secede. But thanks

  • @JOMO59

Watch my video and you'll see the hard facts: the North engaged in a false-flag war of outright imperialism under false claim of "civil war," and censored the truth to DATE: i.e. that each state was ALWAYS a sovereign nation, not part of a SINGLE nation.

Unfortunately, today the South agrees that the US IS a single nation, but ALSO claims they had the right to secede-- and that IS crazy, since it's an oxymoron.

There is NO SUCH THING as a right to secede from a sovereign nation.

  • @SovereignStatesman Yes understood i agree with your clarification. Of course, it makes perfect sense.

  • @JOMO59

Unfortunately everyone is batshit INSANE-- you tell them the states are sovereign nations, and they start babbling about "divided sovereignty--" which is like cutting a baby in half in divorce. They are THAT clueless.

They are so brainwashed that they can't see straight no matter what you tell them.

  • Their sworn enemies has invaded, looted and occupied their States for some 150 years.

Those few banking families using the corporations as their front desks are the sworn enemies, the ones behind the "civil war".

  • Distinct States. amalgamated into one as to their foreign concerns, but single and independent as to their internal administration, regularly organized with a legislature and governor resting on the choice of the people and enlightened by a free press, can never be so fascinated by the arts of one man as to submit VOLUNTARILY to his usurpation. Nor can they be constrained to it by any force he can possess."

Thomas Jefferson the Virginia hillbilly that wrote the Constitution, and Bill of Rights

  • Actually, the state with the most popular secession movement is not even in the south, it is actually Vermont.

  • Yes Ohio is trying to form its own republic. I surely hope they do just that, or at least South Carolina.

  • Yea Ohio and 24 other states.

  • It is time for the South to stand up and reclaim is independence from the American Empire. The time for talking is over, voting for our freedom will not accomplish our goal.

  • ohio too

  • Neo-consevatism was invented by Liberal Democrats And socialists. There are still some real Republicans and Democrats in congress though... for now. Sadly the Republicans were right about the finantial mess they had been calling for regulation ever since Clinton "deregulated it", you could call this "Regulation."

NOw we got more democrats in there than i can imagine. This was probably not the best way to vote. They destroyed the Economy, with bush, and clinton. Republican congress Didnt.

  • there is paleo-conservative like alex jones

  • Oklahoma should Seceed from the Union.

  • I so should Georgia

  • Don't participate in the empire's illegal election. Don't legitimate the process by participating. Stop buying, buy local, fee markets, etc. stop feeding the beast, with taxes.

  • Secession. Work for it.

  • The Southland will win its Independance in the Courtroom....not the battlefield. The "RIGHT' has already been won.

  • The people of Kosovo just claimed independance with the Blessing of the US, France, Britan. The US helped the Southern Koreans gain a country. they helped Vietnam to succeede fron the North. Canada a few years back had a vote for one section to succeed from the country ....with the US blessings. How long can they tell the people of the South that they have no such right after fighting and dieing for everyone else to have it. Im sure that we will do just fine without our Northern friends.

  • By that logic we need to belong to an ever-expanding empire. I'm sure that the English told the Irish & the Scottish the exact same thing. I'm sure the Romans told the Gauls the same thing. I'm sure all empires tell the componant parts this lie - that we must all be bond together or we'll be swallowed up. This is not true.

  • Well said.

The South has allready been "swallowed up" by the US.

  • Long Live the Confederacy!

  • Just like it was said in the video:

    "The System is broken"

Well I say that it is up to us to fix it.

If we do not fix it ourselves, then who would you rather trust that to?

  • Yes were being watched. However, talking on here is not seen as a threat. The numbers are to scattered, and it that, just talk. We should use this as a vehical to attract people from our individual states, and then form a group or groups outside these means. Just as redshirtarmy states, talking about secession is not illegal. Nor is the actual act. At one time it was practiced.

  • Exactly, man. That's what we're doing in SC already. SLMNews is certainly willing to work with any Southron nationalist to help build support in your local area. This is already being done on a small scale. There is nothing but commitment holding us back from expanding into something much larger.

  • I've read Mr. Buchanan's "The Death of the West" and in my opinion it's a great book, worth reading.

  • Is there a forum to go to and have more of a discussion? Obviously resentment of the Federal Government policies runs high. If there is no forum maybe one should get started. Also one must realize Federal monitoring of this activity on youtube is happening. And a forum would be monitored as well.

  • Undoubtedly. However, talking about secession is not illegal. It's a constitutional principle.

  • Yes there is come to mine...

  • Here a number of folks talking about the need for great change - especially in our Southron homeland.

    DEO VINDICE!
